Chartlen content and future chart analysis are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and should not be the sole basis for a financial decision.
2. No execution, custody, or brokerage service
Chartlen does not execute trades, hold funds or securities, operate as a brokerage, or guarantee access to a particular market. The planned first version analyzes information visible in screenshots and does not connect to a brokerage account.
3. Limits of visual analysis
A screenshot can omit symbol, timeframe, market conditions, news, order flow, and historical context. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Users are responsible for independently verifying information and considering their own circumstances and risk tolerance.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass security or rate limits, access another user's data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected server systems, or use Chartlen for unlawful activity. Public availability of an API address does not grant permission to access it outside authorized clients and accounts.
5. Availability and changes
The iOS app is not yet publicly available. Features, pricing, supported devices, and processing providers may change during development. References to planned functionality are not a promise of availability.
