Support is active. To help us investigate an app issue, include your device model, iOS version, Chartlen build number, and the steps that produced the problem. Never email brokerage passwords, API keys, or payment-card details.
Product boundaries
- Chartlen does not place orders or hold customer funds.
- Chartlen does not provide personalized financial advice.
- The first version does not require brokerage credentials.
- Future screenshot analysis may use a contracted third-party AI service, as disclosed in the privacy policy.
Account and subscription help
Account deletion, restoration of purchases, subscription management, and refund guidance will be documented here once those features are available. App Store subscriptions can be managed through Apple's subscription settings.
