01Does Chartlen place trades?＋
No. Chartlen analyzes chart images and organizes what is visible. It does not connect to a brokerage account, execute orders, or provide personalized financial advice.
02Do I need to connect an exchange?＋
No. The first version is screenshot-first. You can analyze an image without connecting an exchange account or sharing brokerage credentials.
03Can it identify every symbol and timeframe?＋
Chartlen reads only what is visible in the image. When a symbol, timeframe, or indicator is unclear, the result should state that uncertainty instead of inventing missing context.
04How is my chart image handled?＋
The product is being designed around encrypted transport, private storage, short retention controls, and user-owned history. Final retention details will be published before public release.
05When will the iPhone app be available?＋
Chartlen is currently in development. TestFlight access and App Store availability will be announced here when they are ready.
